Ingredients
For the mug cake:
45 ml SUPREME Cake Wheat Flour
30 ml Brown sugar
1.25 ml Baking powder
45 ml Oil
15 ml Milk
1 Egg
1.25 ml Vanilla Essence
5 ml Coffee granules
30 ml Pecan nuts, chopped
For the icing:
60 ml icing sugar
2.5 ml coffee granules
5 – 10 ml Milk
15 ml Pecan nuts, chopped
Recipe Instructions
1. Place all the mug cake ingredients into the mug you want to cook it in and stir or whisk until smooth and combined.
2. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Meanwhile mix together the milk and icing sugar for the icing
4. Whilst the cake is still hot poke a few holes in the top and pour over the icing and then sprinkle over the chopped nuts
