Our Technical Support Team is committed to ensuring that our customers’ businesses run smoothly, enabling them to produce the best quality products using Supreme products.
The team is made up of qualified bakers and confectioners who have a combined 324 years of experience between them, with credentials including Master Baker, and American Institute of Baking qualified bakers. Baking is not their profession – it is their passion, which they proudly share with you. Members based in Cape Town, the Free State, Northern Cape, Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal, Mpumalanga and Gauteng, teach baking techniques to in-store bakers and assist in managing and operating a profitable business.

Supreme partners with in-store bakeries through branded activation teams, promoting baked products made from Supreme Prepared mixes, driving profitability for our customers.
We address a range of issues
From directing you to reliable repair people in the event of machinery failure, to the training and development of bakers in their own environments, and to ensuring that staff work comfortably with their own equipment, our team is just a call away. We also assess each baker’s skills on-site in order to offer appropriate training.
The team facilitates recipe costing and recipe adjustments to create products to suit your needs. Follow-up visits ensure everything is running efficiently. We also provide important baking tools, including a Bread Fault Chart, aprons and scrapers.
